Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our team and collaborate closely with Engineers. This role involves working with composite materials and assisting in the production and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

Build up, fabricate, cure, and assemble various @types of composite materials under minimal supervision.

Interpret engineering drawings and diagrams that lack detailed information of all operations.

Perform tasks involving 80% layup and 20% assembly.

Read and work from blueprints, diagrams, process sheets, and assembly and schematic drawings.

Essential Skills

Experience with composite materials and mechanical assembly.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering diagrams.

Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.

1 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in an indoor facility where you will be exposed to a loud environment and a variety of epoxy agents. The role requires adherence to safety protocols while handling composite materials.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poway, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
