Position Overview:

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of our core platform from the ground up. This is an onsite, hands-on role where you'll play a critical part in building enterprise-grade systems while influencing the product's technical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and deploy core platform components.

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality features.

Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.

Troubleshoot issues and implement robust solutions.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to engineering best practices.

Stay current on industry trends and integrate modern technologies where appropriate.

Influence long-term system architecture and product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of professional software development experience.

Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, Visual Studio, and software development best practices.

Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and scalable architecture.

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with Cassandra DB is a plus.

Proficiency in source control, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
