Job Description

Responsible for retaining, developing, and expanding Healthcare Practice Finance business for an assigned geographic area or market segment. Grows revenue by successfully prospecting for new business, as well as retaining & expanding relationships with referral sources. Responsibilities include sourcing prospects through Centers of Influence, developing new customer relationships, selling appropriate financial products & services to those prospects, and making appropriate referrals.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Five or more years of experience in practice financing with proven success

Preferred Skills/Experience

Proven business development and sales skills, with existing developed healthcare specific COI network Thorough knowledge of healthcare practice financing products and services, and current market trends Proficiency in credit products, programs, financial analysis and related documentation with an advanced understanding of cash flow and other metrics Thorough knowledge of secured lending requirements Strong relationship management and negotiating skills Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Possess a broad knowledge of bank products and services that results in identifying products and services that meet customer needs Experience working on a remote team with remote leadership Proficiency in technology including CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce, nCino) and Microsoft Office suite Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships

This role is posted remote; however, candidates who are located near any one of our locations would be required to work on site at least three days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,095.00 - $130,700.00
