Field Marketing Manager

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy, planning, communication, and implementation of marketing plans for and in collaboration with owners in the Beltone network.
Highlights of Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of our customers: who they are, how we can reach them, and what they value
Create and deliver the Beltone marketing strategy for hearing retail practice locations to attract both new and existing patients-consumers
Partner with Practice Manager to create and deliver the Beltone local marketing and operations strategy for Beltone owners who want marketing support which includes providing direction and tools for their practice to assist with implementation of Elevate programs and strategies
Provide consistent data driven insights regarding:
General effectiveness of specific marketing activities in a given market
Timing of various marketing vehicles to maximize impact
Maximizing marketing ROI
Implementation of marketing programs and follow up with results and refinements
Collaborate with and provide clear communication to the sales team
Effectively engage and communicate with Practice Owners, Providers, and Staff on an ongoing basis to maintain an efficient and effective marketing strategy that results in a high return on investments culminating in the overall success of the practice.
Responsible for recap and measurement of marketing initiatives and reporting data to sales team and key stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or Sales
Experience in retail marketing
Experience in franchise/dealer marketing in one of the following industries -- hospitality, medical, entertainment or advertising/marketing agency experience with franchise/dealer clients - is a PLUS
Strong customer-centric attitude
Ability to work independently and take initiative, anticipating and resolving problems
Relationship building with ability to collaborate across departments to enlist the cooperation of organizational stakeholders and outside partners
Experience with ROI-focused marketing initiatives that generate revenue
Highly developed presentation and written communication skills (Microsoft Teams, Phone, and Email are primary forms of communication)
Ability to analyze key metrics and interpret them into actionable data points
A proven ability to generate buy-in on marketing recommendations
Ability to effectively communicate the strategic rationale of various marketing programs as they relate to driving growth in each account
Experience with the hearing healthcare space

Remote (North America)

Pay Transparency Notice :
The target annual salary for this position can range from $85,000.00 - $100,000.00.
Compensation for roles at Beltone depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
