About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Capital Markets & Advisory Product Owner to lead banker productivity tooling & virtual data room products.
In this role, you will:
Work with the business & technology to review 3rd party tools supporting Banking including business case, cost estimates & benefits
Manage onboarding process of new 3rd party tools including maintaining vendor relationships, setting up access model, soliciting feedback from users & prioritizing new work / enhancements
Own applications associated with 3rd party tools supporting the Banking space, including virtual data rooms. Ownership includes conducting internal risk assessments, approving releases and prioritizing work efforts supported on those applications
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Document and log work efforts in Jira and report on initiatives to Investment Banking Steering Committee and other relevant forums
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Investment Banking tools
Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships
Experience conducting vendor analysis & documenting business cases
Job Expectations:
Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
Ability to work outside of regular business hours
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
