Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Pennsauken, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract opportunity within the manufacturing industry, offering a chance to showcase your skills in customer support and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, adapting to change, and handling customer inquiries with a focus on detail and precision.

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound customer calls promptly and provide accurate information or solutions.

Manage and resolve customer inquiries via email correspondence.

Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and follow up on unresolved issues.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, update, and manage records.

Process orders efficiently and ensure timely order entry.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.

Maintain a detail-oriented approach and adhere to business casual dress code.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

Adapt to dynamic work conditions and contribute to a positive team environment. Requirements

Proven experience in call center or customer service roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong skills in data entry and order processing.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.
