We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to drive the strategy, development, and execution of our International Supply Chain technology solutions. This leader will oversee the evolution of our omni-fulfillment platform, including warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation, inventory flow, replenishment, and logistics. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in supply chain, a strong foundation in product management, and a passion for customer-centric, data-driven innovation.
What you'll do:
As the Senior Director Product Management - Supply Chain Intelligence, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap for our end-to-end supply chain solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, data science, and customer experience to build and deliver best-in-class products that optimize our retail supply chain operations and improve customer outcomes.
This is a high-impact role, where you will have the opportunity to define the future of our supply chain technology and directly contribute to the growth of our business in our International markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product strategy for Supply Chain Intelligence, including Data Science Products (flow, network optimization, placement).
Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities.
Stay ahead of trends and innovations in supply chain technology to guide the evolution of the product offering.
What you'll bring:
Customer-Centric Product Development:
Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring that all product initiatives prioritize customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to gather insights, measure customer satisfaction, and iterate on products to meet evolving needs.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use data and analytics to inform product decisions, track product performance, and optimize supply chain processes and defined outcomes.
Analyze customer behavior, operational metrics, and supply chain performance to drive improvements in inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to drive product innovation and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, UX, market product, and data science teams to build and launch high-impact products.
Partner with executive leadership to communicate product vision, align on goals, and report on progress.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and other key stakeholders regarding product developments and business performance.
Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.
Product Excellence:
Oversee the continuous improvement of supply chain operations through product enhancements that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and drive scalability.
Work with stakeholders to ensure product solutions align with operational capabilities and business objectives
Minimum Qualifications:
MBA |MSC in computer science, engineering, or related area and 13 years' experience in product management.
Familiarity with machine learning applications in forecasting and replenishment.
Hands-on experience in the use of AI Products in Supply Chain.
15 years experience in product management or related area, with at least 5 years as a manager.
Strong Bias for Action.
Hands on domain expertise in bulding 0 to 1 products.
Preferred Qualifications:
In depth experience on the use of AI, ML and GenAI solutions.
Experience in the Operations Research field.
10 years of management experience.
