Job Title: Temporary Office Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support during our peak season.

Responsibilities

Collect and summarize data from various sources.

Generate and distribute reports as needed.

Update and maintain general office logs and records.

Support team members by handling delegated administrative tasks.

Distribute reports and information throughout the office as required.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to follow directions and apply common sense in daily tasks.

Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience in administrative support, data entry, office management, and customer service.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook.

Work Environment

This is primarily a desk-based position with occasional walking around the office to distribute reports and information. The role is not physically demanding and is suitable for candidates from any industry background . The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

This assignment will last to the end of September possible beginning of October

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
