Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Type: Temporary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and provide direct administrative support to the Executive Vice President. This temporary position plays an important role in maintaining office efficiency and working alongside the operational support staff to assist with key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President

Coordinate calendars, manage schedules, and help prepare for meetings

Assist with planning and scheduling events

Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail

Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner

Compile documentation and meeting materials

Maintain task lists and ensure deadlines are met

Support operational and project-based work as needed

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
