Administrative Coordinator

Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Columbus, Indiana. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will provide essential administrative support to the Leave & Accommodation Management Team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and generate reports to support departmental needs.

Oversee inventory and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.

Create and maintain electronic files for accurate record-keeping.

Organize and distribute incoming mail to appropriate team members.

Provide assistance with various projects as assigned.

Participate actively in team meetings to enhance collaboration.

Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to leave and accommodations.

Collaborate with vendors to maintain effective relationships and streamline processes. Requirements - Experience with leave of absence and absence management processes.

Ability to serve as a liaison between employees and management.

Knowledge of FMLA and related regulations.

Strong skills in administrative assistance and organizational tasks.

Proven ability to ensure compliance with relevant policies.

Proficiency in auditing reports for accuracy and completeness.

Experience managing vendor relationships effectively.
