Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Niagara Falls, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the accounting operations of the organization. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced accounting software and contribute to a dynamic financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Utilize accounting software systems to maintain financial records and streamline operations.

Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.

Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day accounting functions.

Monitor and update accounting systems to reflect organizational changes or requirements.

Provide administrative support for financial audits and compliance reviews.

Review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.

Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues.

Maintain organized records and documentation for all accounting activities. Requirements - Proficiency in using advanced accounting software systems.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and functions.

Experience in managing accounts payable processes.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Previous experience in financial services or a similar environment is preferred.
