Manufacturing Technician

Our client, a full-service, tier-one automotive and industrial component supplier, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Trenton, OH

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Perform production and/or assembly of parts in a safe manner adhering to all safety policies.

Conduct visual and gage inspections of parts produced by various manufacturing processes.

Pack parts into specified containers according to standards.

Utilize Microsoft applications for production recording and tagging.

Contribute to team initiatives on quality, safety, and productivity improvements.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.

1-3 years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and electrical disciplines preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting.
