NTT DATA Services currently seeks a REMOTE Marketing Operations Speciliast to join our team for a 4+ month contract role.

Pay rate: $35.00 per hour

In this role you would be esponsible for supporting a variety of initiatives to help us acquire new customers and increase our engagement with and retention of current customers. Candidate will play a key role in ensuring Marketing strategies are executed according to plan, on time and on budget.

Gathers the requirements and proactively leads and executes assigned projects

Help marketing organization ensure materials match approved content through extensive validation and proofing process

Collaborate with our internal creative team as well as external agency partners to ensure marketing material and campaign designs remain compliant

Maintains project timelines and status reports, communicates key milestones and risks to stakeholders

Reviews and validates copy against Source of Truth Documents for our Annual Enrollment Period

Maintains spreadsheet of tracking metrics

Project manages any campaigns where materials are sent to outside proofing agency

Other work as assigned

Experience:

3+ years' experience in marketing or related field.

3+ years working with marketing project management/

3+ years working in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills

-Automation tools

Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.

-Excellent attention to detail.

Education:

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm (may vary based on time zone)

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $35.00 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
