What does a successful Sales Development Representative do at Fiserv?

This is a great entry level sales opportunity! You will be responsible for prospecting and building a pipeline of referrals for our Inside Sales Team. If you want to be a part of a hard-working, winning team, where people love coming to work to sell outstanding technology and products, this may be the perfect fit for you.

What you will do:

Prospect and build a pipeline of qualified leads by contacting prospective customers via outbound phone calls and emails.

Coordinate and schedule appointments.

Track all contacts and activity in CRM database.

Qualify prospects by using strategic questioning techniques.

Be comfortable in a sales role and engaging on the telephone.

Exhibit outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Identify and overcome objections and executing follow-up actions.

Demonstrate high degree of motivation, integrity, and competence to work in a fast-paced team environment.

What you will need to have:

High school graduate/GED

What would be great to have:

Bachelor's Degree

PC-literate with some Microsoft Office Suite experience

Sales experience (retail or other)
