?This job is a member of the Hubs & Gateways Team within the Customer Experience Division.

?Responsible for providing administrative, clerical and organization support to Directors of Customer Operations and Customer Care.

The pay range for this role is $37,000 to $49,000, taking into account the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

What you'll do

Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings and appointments

Creates spreadsheets, ad-hoc reports, prepare correspondence and generate form letters using advanced software features

Receives incoming telephone calls and inquires and route appropriately

Maintains office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

?High school diploma or GED equivalency

3 years work experience in a prior support or administrative position

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

?Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Superior typing skills

Ability to review, screen and prioritize mail and telephone calls

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
