Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bangor, Maine. In this part-time contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of a testing site. Your responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant will include assisting candidates during the check-in process, maintaining a secure testing environment, and performing light administrative duties. Responsibilities:

Set up and maintain the testing environment according to specific test requirements.

Verify test taker identification and ensure compliance with testing policies and procedures.

Monitor test takers during exams to prevent cheating or disruptions.

Assist test takers with technical difficulties and answer questions about the testing process.

Secure and return all test materials after each exam session.

Handle light office tasks and respond to emails promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
