Job Title: Contracts Assistant/Administrative Assistant Location with zip code: 711 Taylor Street, Elyria, OH 44035 Duration: 6 months (Contract) Payrate : $28/hr. on w2 without benefits Shift: 1ST 7:30 am -- 4:00 pm Notes: Data Entry and Customer Service experience required. Familiarity with budgeting, contracts, bidding and proposals required Role & Responsibilities: Order Entry Schedule changes Customer portal management Customer communications -- must be comfortable picking up the phone and talking to customers, sometime delivering "bad news" while staying positive/supportive Must be computer savvy Excel fluent, comfortable using Microsoft Teams to support customer calls as needed Applies principles of cost accounting to collect and analyze variety of historical and estimated cost and pricing data. Prepares moderately complex bids and cost proposals that are economically feasible and competitive. Analyzes moderately complex production cost performance data. Represents the pricing team in cross-functional projects. Education: High School Diploma.
