Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Clinton Township, Michigan. This is a contract position ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer service and call center operations. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively while maintaining high levels of accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.

Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide necessary updates.

Accurately input customer information and order details into the system, ensuring data integrity.

Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless handling of customer service processes.

Utilize Microsoft Word and other tools to document and manage customer interactions.

Process orders with attention to detail and follow up on any discrepancies.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.

Support the call center team by managing workloads and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Uphold company standards for quality service and customer satisfaction. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail.

Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and other office software.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with order entry and processing systems.
