Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative/Loan Procesesor to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of customer interactions and ensure accurate communication across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience.

Manage call center tasks by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date customer records and order information.

Handle email correspondence professionally and provide timely responses.

Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.

Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant teams for smooth operations.

Facilitate both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to provide informed support.

Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong skills in managing inbound and outbound calls.

Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence.

Familiarity with order entry processes and scheduling appointments.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
