Job Title: Warehouse Support Specialist

Job Description

The Warehouse Support Specialist is responsible for fulfilling orders, providing order support, and product information. This role involves inventory counting, writing and pulling orders, organizing duties around the warehouse, and driving a 16ft box truck.

Responsibilities

Fulfill orders in the warehouse and provide order support and product information.

Count inventory and manage stock levels.

Write and process orders efficiently.

Pull and organize orders in the warehouse as needed.

Drive a 16ft box truck for local deliveries.

Process and review dealer orders and requests.

Handle system-generated acknowledgements.

Ensure proficient use of Microsoft Office for data entry and documentation.

Engage in client-facing activities and maintain excellent communication.

Perform general labor tasks such as sorting, picking, and packing.

Essential Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office.

1+ year of client-facing experience.

Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.

Capable of climbing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and standing as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years.

Valid driver's license required for operating company vehicles.

1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment

The warehouse is located in Baltimore, MD. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm, with the possibility of extended hours.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
