Description We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This Contract-to-permanent position is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to sales operations in a dynamic plastics manufacturing environment. The role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting in the preparation of client-facing materials.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to sales and management teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Coordinate and organize sales-related events, meetings, and projects to drive business development efforts.

Prepare and customize presentations and proposals for prospective clients, tailoring them to specific business needs.

Maintain and update sales reports, dashboards, and prospective client databases to ensure accurate information.

Assist in managing CRM and ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.

Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.

Audit and process billing information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Generate and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and customer experience. Requirements - Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, with experience in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Experience with financial services tools such as ADP and billing functions.

Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in auditing and reporting tasks.

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support sales strategies.

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.

Familiarity with plastics manufacturing or similar industries is an advantage. TalentMatch®
