Our client is seeking a Part time Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the office support team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Burleson, TX

Shift: 8 am-2 pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Pay Range: Starting at $16/hr, up to $18/hr with experience

What's the Job?

Answer phones and take messages to ensure effective communication.

File paperwork accurately and efficiently to maintain organized records.

Support daily office operations by performing various administrative tasks.

Work part-time hours, preferably Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.

Interact with a friendly office environment, including employees' dogs.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office assistant or similar role.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

No facial tattoos or facial piercings are permitted.
