Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:30 PM (with a lunch break from 12-1) Location:Burleson, TX Position:Full-Time | In-Office Only

Childrens Therapy Solutions (CTS) is on the hunt for ahighly organized, friendly, and drivenAdministrative Assistant whos ready to jump in and make a difference! Our admin team is the heart of the clinicyoull be the first smile families see, the voice that keeps things running smoothly, and the calm in the occasional storm of paperwork, phone calls, and appointment changes.

This isnt your average desk jobits theperfect fitfor someone who thrives in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment and wants to grow with a company thats making a real impact in the lives of children.

What Youll Do:

Schedule and coordinate appointments like a pro

Support new patient onboarding and make paperwork less painful

Keep things organizedpaperwork, records, front desk... you name it

Greet families with warmth and professionalism (bonus points for remembering names!)

Youre a Great Fit If You:

Can juggle multiple tasks and still keep your cool

Have experience in a front desk/admin/medical office role

Have strong customer service skills

Have excellent organizational and time management abilities

Love helping people and solving problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
