prestigious luxury hotel in La Costa is seeking an organized and personable Front Desk Supervisor to lead their front desk team. Candidates with a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of administrative or front desk experience who are comfortable handling extensive phone operations are encouraged to apply. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and guest-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the front desk team, ensuring outstanding guest service at all times.

Coordinate team schedules and ensure coverage during peak hours.

Manage extensive incoming calls and ensure professional support is provided to guests and stakeholders.

Handle escalated guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Monitor and audit financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and shift audits.

Collaborate with other department managers to improve guest experience policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is required.

2+ years of administrative or front desk experience, preferably in hospitality.

Proficiency with handling phones and communication systems in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to guest satisfaction and team development.
