Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $26 - $26 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Hotel Manager:

Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage

Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

Recruit, train, and manage staff; create work schedules and evaluate performance

Monitor budgets, revenue, and expenses to ensure financial targets are met

Maintain compliance with safety, health, and licensing regulations

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and drive bookings

Implement and uphold quality standards and brand guidelines

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

Bilingual skills a plus

Experience with franchise or branded hotel operations

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality management role

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Financial acumen and familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Maestro, or similar)

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Background check and drug screening required
