Description:

The purpose of this position is to provide analytical, clerical, and other administrative support to the Asset Managers and Asset Specialists by performing duties which include, answering telephones, typing, filing, compiling and generating written communications, creating, maintaining, and updating reports and presentations, performing detailed research, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and preparing appropriate agendas, assembling meeting distribution items, tracking assignment and rent relief requests, compiling/assembling documents for review and preparing documents for signature submittal, as well as other responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities included:

providing administrative and clerical support/assistance to the Asset Managers and Asset Specialists

creating, maintaining, and updating multiple reports and conducting the appropriate research and follow-up to ensure accuracy

serving as the liaison between the Asset Managers, Asset Specialists, Facilities, Business Analysis & Reporting Team, Sellers, Brokers, Landlords, Attorneys, and others working on current, pending, and future projects

Year End Bonus:

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November.

In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.

In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.

High School diploma or its equivalent

experience performing secretarial and clerical duties is required

available to work extended hours, if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree

at least one (1) year experience working at Publix performing secretarial and clerical duties

paralegal and contract management experience

at least one (1) year experience working in the real estate industry

ability to read and interpret legal documents

advanced skill level for Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

intermediate skill level for Microsoft Access, OneNote, Teams, TriRiga "Compass", SharePoint, SAP, GeoPortal
