The estimated hourly base pay rate for this position is \$27.This role is also eligible for S&C\'s annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility criteria. 1st Shift 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Thursday) Overtime 2 or 3 Fridays a month Join Our Team as a Test Technician In this job you will perform a variety of assembly and test positions for IntelliRupter and Power Quality products. You will work in a production environment, engage in continuous productive activity, and must meet requirements within time constraints. Considerable initiative required to run and process all IntilliRupter units through test and assembly cells, a fast paced multi station process. As a Test Technnician, you\'ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team that works to keep the lights on around the world. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and test IntelliRupter products based on the documentation including bills of material, blueprints and any change notices provided by the engineering staff. Complete testing at timing stations and run switch through 4 operations station. Complete mechanical work including disconnect assemblies. Experience troubleshooting electrical issues You will be performing the following tests: Timing Test capacitor voltage 425 DC Partial Discharge Test AC voltage 50KV Dielectric test 3 phase AC voltage 60KV-70KV Calibration test parallel AC voltage 8.7KV-18KV in...
