We are looking for a Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ankeny, Iowa. This contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. The role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating schedules, and providing outstanding customer service while utilizing your expertise in various office and software tools.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including coordination with FedEx and other delivery services.

Oversee front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional customer service.

Coordinate and assist with scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms using Microsoft Outlook.

Utilize intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel to create and update documents.

Maintain organized records and ensure attention to detail in all administrative tasks.

Assist with budget processes and general office operations.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage calendars and schedule meetings effectively.

Experience with handling incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx and other services.

Dependable and able to work independently while supporting team objectives.
