We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

Under general supervision of nurse manager; responsible for originating and maintaining departmental files, personnel files and manuals in the ICU. Tracks ICU employee education and updates and maintains computer database. Updates timecards on a daily basis via Kronos, and processes timecards bimonthly. Composes and/or @types departmental correspondence, forms and reports. Orders and maintains par levels of all unit supplies and equipment. Contacts and meets with vendor representatives when necessary.

What qualifications you will need:

High School Graduate / GED required

Kronos, SMART, GHX/Catalyst, Office 2000 software, medical terminology preferred

Minimum 2 years as ICU Unit Secretary

Research Psychiatric Center (https://researchpsychiatriccenter.com) is a 95+ bed facility. We offer acute inpatient, day treatment, and community-based outpatient behavioral healthcare. We treat adolescents, adults, and senior adults for emotional disorders, mental illness, and substance abuse.
