Robert Half is seeking a talented Receptionist for a fully on-site position in Cottage Grove, MN. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, you will play a vital role in providing a professional and welcoming experience while keeping office operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.

Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls, taking messages, and routing inquiries to the appropriate department.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects the company's commitment to excellence.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring items are distributed or shipped in a timely manner.

Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, data entry, and document preparation.

Assist with office operations such as ordering supplies, managing visitor access, and coordinating meeting room bookings.

Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer-facing role preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment such as phones, copiers, and printers.

Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Shows initiative and thrives in an on-site, team-based environment.
