Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Project Accountant for one of our Engineering services customers Tampa, FL. This person will be working alongside a team of 6 Project Accountants, managing a minimum of 40 projects for invoicing on a daily basis. The accounting software used is Oracle.

Responsible for client invoicing, collections management and project budgeting, as well as backup assistance on coding and processing A/P, time sheets, and expense reports

Must work directly with multiple project managers to understand how to bill the client, and understand the invoicing & financial impacts based on the forecasting of the projects

Skills and Requirements

Associates degree

Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM)

1 year of Project Accounting experience

Must have experience invoicing multiple events

Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Oracle null
