Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Supervisor to work onsite for a client in Liberty, North Carolina. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for planning and executing machine integration into mass production, including leveling, adjustment, and quality conformation for their assigned work area. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuously improving safety, quality, and productivity. Additionally, they will develop detailed schedules for their assigned projects and participate in project planning with the Engineering team.
Plan and execute machine integration into mass production, leveling, adjustment and quality conformation for assigned work area.
Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed by written/electronic methods.
Develop detailed schedules for assigned work area / project.
Supporting Machine production trials at vendors and internal to Toyota
Verify Safety of Equipment per MMR/MMS (NFPA79 and ISO standards)

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
10 years (Journeyman level) of experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Previous experience at the Supervisor/Manager level
Experience with hands on and project management of pipefitting projects
Facility or Plant equipment installation experience in a manufacturing environment
Technical experience with wiring and troubleshooting
Ability to move through and around a large industrial manufacturing plant for many hours of the day Pluses:
Technical associate degree or higher or equivalent experience
Experience in Pre-Production, New plant or facility startup experience
Experience with Production Processes including Standardized Work (STW) and Job Instruction Sheets (JIS)
Experience gathering and analyzing quality data from multiple sources
Experience with high volume production in a clean room environment. null
