The Role
Product Operations is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving global pricing processes throughout the company. This role is a great fit for a self-starter who enjoys driving business impact and operational efficiency, can serve as an internal consultant (e.g., problem solver) and owner, and will have the opportunity for significant exposure and visibility across the business. The Product Operations will partner and collaborate with sales, legal, PMM, customer support, provisioning and finance to ensure a clean quote-to-cash process. This individual will own SKU creation, maintenance, and rollout to evolve our product/ item master and create governance around it.
Your day-to-day
Work with business partners, such as Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and Finance, to influence and optimize SKU creation and management
Primary Product Operations business partner across PMM, BMS, Buying Programs, ABP, BU Finance, Revenue Assurance, Legal, and Product Delivery
Ensure compliance with SKU structure policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Coordinate and support operational aspects of the DME product lifecycle
Responsible for developing and implementing a data governance framework, policies, and standards to ensure the quality and integrity of product data.
This role will work closely with cross-functional teams Inclusive of Launch Ops, and Quote to Cash process team leaders
Define and implement data governance policies and best practices for data quality, discoverability, and access control
Establish and maintain data quality standards and monitor compliance with standards for Product Data
Monitor and report on Product Data governance metrics and identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Lead programs and projects that move the company forward in our Product Data governance and management goals
What you bring to the team
10 + years in pricing, business operations, sales operations, or business analytics in enterprise software
Experience working with Salesforce
Experience with Excel
Experience working with cross functional teams such as Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Accounting, Deals Desk, Renewals, Channel, Order Management, Product Marketing, Product Management and Sales Operations
Database management is a plus
Effective communication skills with all levels of employees
PMO experience a plus to have but not required

Base Pay Range: 119,630.00 - 187,990.00 USD
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 99,330.00 - 156,090.00 USD
All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
Base Pay Range: 89,390.00 - 140,470.00 USD
