The Senior Manager overseeing E2E Supply Chain Reliability will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in shaping the long-term strategy for enhancing the reliability of the supply chain for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. This role is essential for driving the digitization of supply chain processes, ensuring that data-driven insights are utilized effectively to manage potential disruptions and improve overall performance. By aligning cross-functional efforts, the Senior Manager will implement initiatives that not only deliver substantial value but also enhance operational efficiency and reliability in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Shape and implement the end-to-end supply chain reliability strategy across functions. Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Performance Insights and Communication: Provide actionable insights on supply chain performance, regularly updating senior leaders on reliability status and improvement initiatives. Foster transparency and collaboration across teams to facilitate timely decision-making.
Digital Transformation and Metrics: Define and implement performance metrics and digital solutions necessary for effective E2E supply chain management. Manage the development of digital capabilities to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
Issue Resolution and Collaboration: Identify systemic issues within the supply chain and establish prioritization methodologies. Drive conflict resolution across functions and collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainable corrective actions.
Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless operations by documenting business requirements, facilitating effective handovers, and promoting the adoption of optimized processes. Create a robust framework for Reliability KPIs that tracks performance and supports continuous improvement.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead data analytics initiatives to optimize cycle times and reduce stockouts, utilizing insights to deliver measurable improvements in supply chain efficiency and reliability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required; focused degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
Certifications preferred in: Lean / Six Sigma / Process Excellence; PMP/FPX or equivalent project certification; and/or APICS
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required:
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
Supply Chain Management experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device/technology, or related regulated industry
Proven knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, with a strong understanding of key functions such as Value Chain Management, Operations, Quality, Planning, Delivery, and/orProcurement
Strong understanding of strategic scoring systems and risk management frameworks
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership
Strong analytical capabilities with experience in digitalization and data management, complemented by a methodical approach to process improvement
Change management experience
Strong leadership skills including the ability to influence without authority, collaborate across boundaries, negotiate solutions, build a case for change and enroll teams in support of the strategic vision
Preferred:
Knowledge / deep understanding of IMSC models and ways of working, systems, and tools
Experience with portfolio management and portfolio decision making
Proven track record to synthesize large quantities of finance, process, and technical information and present cogent recommendations
OTHER:
Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally
May require up to 15% domestic and/or international travel
Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000 USD to $207,000 USD
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
