Description We are looking for a dedicated and organized Sales Assistant to support our growing team in Wheatland, Pennsylvania. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales department through administrative and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering top-notch service to both clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries, address basic concerns, and route calls to appropriate team members for resolution.

Accurately input customer data and maintain up-to-date records in the database system.

Perform routine data entry tasks to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Assist the sales team with administrative support, including scheduling and document preparation.

Interact with clients professionally, providing helpful information and fostering positive relationships.

Monitor and process data related to cash handling and financial activities as needed.

Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and support sales processes.

Contribute to improving operational efficiency by identifying and addressing gaps in workflows.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive customer or business information. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or sales assistance roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Familiarity with CRM systems and data processing tools; experience with Crystal Reports and Concur preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable and proactive work ethic with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to handle cash-related activities and maintain accurate financial records.
