Overview: We are seeking a certified Paralegal with experience in a
professional setting-preferably within healthcare, in-house corporate
legal departments, or law firms. This role offers an exciting
opportunity to support a dynamic legal team by managing a variety of
administrative, legal, and operational tasks that are essential to the
function of the Law Department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in handling a diverse
range of responsibilities. Strong organizational skills, attention to
detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are
critical for success. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point
of contact for assisting attorneys with the intake and tracking of new
legal matters Coordinate and monitor the review process of contracts and
legal documents to ensure timely attorney assignment Manage updates and
entries in the legal matter management system Draft, format, and
organize a variety of legal documents and correspondence Follow up on
outstanding items and coordinate communication with internal
stakeholders and external counsel Maintain confidentiality and exercise
sound judgment in handling sensitive legal information Support process
improvements and maintain operational efficiency within the Law
Department Qualifications: Active Paralegal Certification required
Professional experience in a healthcare, in-house corporate legal
department, or law firm setting preferred Exceptional organizational and
multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in managing legal systems and document workflows High level
of discretion and professionalism when working with sensitive and
confidential information
