Position Highlights:
Full-Time: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am -5pm
Location: Remote - WFH
You will:
Answer phones, check voicemail, receive/send email, and act as liaison to field staff
Attend Regional calls and take notes
Updating and creating SOPS and Event planning
Prepare reports and correspondence Coordinate travel arrangements via Travel website when necessary
Assist in preparation of expense reports and investigate issues when necessary Approve supplies and track costs while looking for opportunities for savings
Other projects and tasks as assigned by management
Provide daily support to VPOs, HIOMs, HIOSs and field staff as requested
Cover for team members while out on PTO
Manage ongoing projects related to Provider Operations
Review and approve invoices from Accounts Payable for payment
What you will bring to the table:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office365 products to support regional management team, should also be well versed in Google, Zoom
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
Excellent capacity to retain new things
A minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a service environment preferred
Ability to function as a project manager
Ability to take direction and feedback from multiple managers - each with separately defined expectations and needs for their respective regions
Experience working with confidential information and understanding of security around this information
General knowledge and understanding of the ROI business preferred
Must be willing to adjust working hours to meet the needs of the regions the employee is providing support to, if necessary
Smartsheet, Concur and Webinar experience preferred
Prior experience in healthcare industry preferred
Ability to read, write, and understand English
Excellent communication skills, effectively communicate in English with employees, managers, executive team, and occasionally clients
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must be self-motivated
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
Minimal travel may be required
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Business school, associate's degree or equivalent is a plus
Pay ranges for this job title may differ based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role.
The estimated base pay range per hour for this role is:
$24-$26 USD
