The Software Engineer 2 will standardize quality assurance procedures for software development. This includes overseeing testing and debugging processes, developing necessary fixes, and addressing complaints by making adjustments or recommendations to resolve complex software-related issues. The individual will understand departmental, segment, and organizational strategies, including their linkages to related areas.

Skills
Required:
Experience in .NET development (both frontend and backend), as this is our primary framework
Familiarity with CI/CD processes, particularly using Azure DevOps (or other Git workflows)
Experience in SQL server database development
Experience in systems analysis or application programming development
A strong commitment to improving consumer experiences within an organization
Preferred:
Experience with automated testing or integration/UI testing
Knowledge of basic Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with AI or machine learning development
Experience in cloud-based development
Clearance Requirements
US citizenship is mandatory.
Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Computer Science or a related field
Work Environment
Remote work opportunities available
Standard working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time
Potential on-call rotation (two weeks out of the year, every six months) managed via a mobile application for triaging issues and contacting the appropriate team.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$80,900 - $110,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
