Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in McBee, South Carolina to find anexperienced Customer Service Representative to join their growing team!
The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to engage with customers on behalf of their company.
Responsibilities:
Offer excellent customer service by providing timely and accurate information to customers
Provide customers highly technical product information and educate callers on use of interactive software
Process orders via fax, email, EDI and phone
Provide sample order/literature fulfillment as needed
Coordinate product returns
Maintain proper documentation on orders
Act as primary contact for key accounts
Assist customers with product substitution
Data entry of orders as needed
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Good communication and people skills
Experience in a similar work environment
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
Good organizational skills
Basic computer and keyboarding skills
Attention to details and follow through
Ability to interact successfully with all levels within the organization
High School diploma or equivalent
This position will start at $16.50 an hour with a chance to become permanent with the company.

Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
