Our client, a leader in the heavy equipment industry, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be part of the sales department supporting the growth and profitability of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong planning skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Location: Kapolei, Hawaii

Pay Range: Starting at $110,000

What's the Job?

Increase sales, rental, parts, and service revenues for the company.

Establish new sales, parts, and service accounts through cold calling and personal visits.

Provide sales support to retain existing accounts and continuously expand the customer base.

Educate customers about our equipment by effectively communicating features and benefits.

Act as the primary communication link between customers and the company to foster long-term relationships.

What's Needed?

3+ years of sales experience in cranes or heavy equipment is preferred.

Strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of cranes or related equipment.

Willingness to travel with overnight stays.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
