Are you a Warehouse Manager with a focus on achieving goals, interested in leading a diverse team? This person will be building our internal inventory flow from receiving to shipping, inventory strategy development and implementation, and standard processes for ensuring the highest level of inventory accuracy. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, inventory flow, and the bottom line. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Own the Flow : Define and improve processes that ensure detailed material flow across the facility from receiving to warehouse storage to production lines to shipping without compromising inventory accuracy, quality or safety.
Advance safety culture and 5S to proactively identify and reduce safety risks, including best in class JSA's, safety systems and meticulous forklift training program.
Change agent for inventory standard processes for FIFO and 97%+ inventory accuracy, including growing the cycle count program, scanning and Oracle usage.
Lead critical metric development and auditing efforts related to areas of responsibility and influence, including inventory, safety, costs and quality.
Develop and implement plans , processes and procedures to best use space and resources availableensuring Oracle matches physical set-ups & movements.
Lead with Lean : Be a motivator for continuous improvement. Drive lean methodologies that reduce waste, improve flow, and increase visibility.
Build a High-Impact Team : Lead, mentor, and encourage a dedicated team of professionals in warehousing operations to deliver outstanding results.

For This Role, You Will Need:
BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering and/or technical related field
5+ years of experience in warehousing, supply chain or similar field
5+ years of experience in supervisory/ management role
ERP system expertise (Oracle preferred)
Experience in a lean manufacturing environment
Proven record in inventory accuracy and warehouse optimization
