Pay: $18-$21/hr (based on experience) Available Schedules: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Thursday 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM | Monday - Thursday Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Set up and operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently Use power tools and instruments to meet daily production goals Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in minor repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area Collaborate with team members and assist with onboarding new operators Follow all safety protocols and quality standards Lift materials and products up to 50 lbs as needed What You Bring to the Role: At least 6 months of machine operation or manufacturing experience Good communication skills and a team-first mindset Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn and grow Why Choose Staffmark?
