Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Adobe Target Developer to join our digital experience team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Adobe Target and a strong background in implementing A/B and multivariate testing, personalization strategies, and integrating Adobe Experience Cloud tools. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, analytics, and development teams to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target.
Develop and maintain personalized content and experiences using Adobe Target Recommendations and Automated Personalization.
Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch) and third-party systems.
Leverage Adobe.IO APIs for custom development, automation, and advanced targeting capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies, KPIs, and success metrics.
Maintain and enhance the Adobe Target implementation roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Adobe Target deployments and integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in Adobe Target development and implementation.
Strong understanding of personalization strategies, recommendation engines, and automated targeting.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
Familiarity with Adobe.IO APIs and custom integration development.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Transparency

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $130000 / year.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
