As Manager of Membership Acquisition at Sam's Club, you will play an important part in driving Membership growth for years to come. We are looking for a talented, highly analytical leader who will generate and utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making across membership strategy & performance team. If you are an effective collaborator who is adaptable, strategic, agile, and combines a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business, this role is for you.

What you will do...
Operationalize 3rd-Party Partnerships: Execute partnership offers with affiliate, card-linked offers, perks, and benefit platforms that drive Sam's Club membership acquisition. Manage timelines, partner comms, campaign tracking, and performance reporting to ensure smooth execution and impact.
Manage Offer Launches and Optimization: Coordinate creative approvals, attribution setup, tracking links, landing pages, and redemption reporting. Own the operational readiness checklist and post-launch performance optimization process.
Support Sponsored Partnership Execution: Assist in onboarding new Sponsored partners - coordinating code delivery, FAQs, internal approvals, and offer setup with Legal, Ops, and MAP (Sam's Club advertising arm). Step in as needed for launch support and light account management.
Build Internal Workflows and Tools: Help document and improve workflows, playbooks, templates, and SOPs for partner onboarding, launch, and ongoing management. Drive process consistency and efficiency.
Monitor Partner Performance: Collaborate with the Senior Analyst to ensure accurate tracking of redemption, conversion, invoicing and campaign pacing. Identify data gaps or issues and surface learnings for optimization and executive reporting.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with MAP, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Merchants to align on offer mechanics, approvals, and channel support. Be a reliable internal point of contact to unblock projects and drive alignment.
Support the Director of Acquisition Partnerships: Help move projects forward by handling details, following up with stakeholders, preparing materials, and flagging risks. Act as an extension of the Director to ensure high-visibility initiatives stay on track.
Perform other duties as needed to support membership acquisition goals and uphold Sam's Club values.

You have experience in partnerships, account management, sales operations, marketing operations, or campaign/project management.

You are curious and eager to learn, especially in evolving business models like loyalty, affiliate marketing, and membership acquisition.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
