Our client, a leading player in the warehouse and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Oilville, VA
Pay Range: $20/hr
What's the Job?
Accurately pull attachments from the yard by reading part numbers and item codes.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed to support workflow.
Safely operate a forklift to move equipment and materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with teammates to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
What's Needed?
6+ months of sit-down forklift operation experience.
Physical stamina to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail to accurately read and understand item codes and part numbers.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teammates and supervisors.
Self-motivated with the ability to recognize tasks and complete them proactively.
