POSITION SUMMARY:
AE is looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to shape the future and lead the technical implementations and on-going management of the solutions and tools that support the Infrastructure Supply Chain. AE is a global leader at the forefront of the industry and our leading infrastructure and supply chain are critical to power AE's success and ambitions. Working across multiple business and functional dimensions, you will be successful by understanding Supply Chain strategies, translating them into Supply Chain roadmaps, and driving solution implementation. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, manage, and sustain technical implementation programs, with an emphasis on streamlining workflows and building automation.
This includes planning, leading, and orchestrating the gathering of business requirements, the development of process flows, the solution design, testing, training and change management.
Manage the mapping of AE's supply Chain using a SaaS subscription tool and working cross-functionally with Trade & Compliance, Global Commodity Management, and other teams as needed.
Be the on-going contract administrator for Supply Chain and can guide Commodity Managers with insights derived from the CLM tool to better prepare for contract negotiations with suppliers.
Build consensus and alignment across different business models and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Enterprise SaaS subscriptions with Global Commodity Management and other Supply Chain groups to develop End-to-End go forward solutions and related roadmap and architecture tools that integrate across the company, to address the business priorities.
Create, document, and communicate the process of new initiatives or programs globally.
Regularly report project/program status; develop metrics, change management, and goals to monitor performance and effectiveness.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Works in a standard office environment and uses general office equipment.
Leads international project teams across multiple time zones.
Interfaces with internal customers in all functional areas and at all levels in the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have excellent leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem solving, organizational, and project management skills required.
Process oriented and knowledge in Supply Chain Management processes.
Well organized and disciplined.
Ability to make independent decisions with initiative and tact.
Must be able to interact with people at all levels and locations in the organization.
Ability to multi-task
Ability to manage to aggressive timelines.
Trained in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing tools.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Including Project/Smartsheets and Visio) and SAP.
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in successfully managing cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
Prefer 3 - 5 years of experience in cross-functional managing and influencing people in a global, enterprise-wide environment.
Automation & SaaS Tools with End-to-end Supply Chain transformational solutions experience across technology stacks.
Prefer Supply Chain, operations, or production facilities management experience at a global level.
Familiar with electronics, medical, and/or semiconductor manufacturing, in a Technology company a plus.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or similar
Certification in APICS CPIM, CIRM and other relevant professional certifications is preferred.
COMPENSATION:
As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $95,000 to $145,000 per year.
