Administrative Assistant (32 hours per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing essential support to ensure smooth operations, with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, enhancing both your skills and career.

Responsibilities

Oversee and prepare quotes, and open orders.

Send finished inspection reports to clients.

Interact with clients and field inspectors.

Complete invoices for billing of monthly jobs.

Assist with the shipment of labels to inspectors.

Support the team with various tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent time management abilities.

Great customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This role is based in our Middleton office. It offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with training provided on our programs, ensuring you can start quickly and efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
