Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

Location: Chester, NY (Hybrid - 75% remote after six months)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-9:00 PM) & Saturday (8:00 AM-11:00 PM)

Are you looking for a dynamic role in customer service with opportunities for growth and flexibility? Join our Field Support Center team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll help coordinate technicians supporting high-speed internet services in customer homes.

?What You'll Do:

Dispatch service technicians and installers to assist customers.

Monitor technicians' locations and work schedules.

Update customer accounts and reschedule missed appointments.

Maintain accurate service records and operational reports.

What You Bring:

Customer service experience (1-2 years preferred).

Data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Strong communication skills and ability to handle inbound calls.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr.
