Our client, a dynamic accounting firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant , you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations for the accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant ]

Location: Lynchburg, VA

Pay Range: $15-17/hr

What's the Job?

Answering phones and taking messages for the accounting team.

Organizing files and managing the calendars of the President and accounting teams.

Ordering supplies and ensuring the office is well-stocked.

Greeting clients and assisting them with their inquiries.

Receiving and posting client payments while maintaining accurate records.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office setting.

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
