Our Financial Services customer out of Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Executive Assistant to support three Executives. This is a 6 months contract to hire. It's open due to a resignation with a three week notice. This is going to move very quickly.

What you do, day to day:

Be responsible for the day-to-day assistance of multiple company leaders as well as provide general departmental assistance as needed

Assist with calendar management and travel arrangements for leadership (transportation, hotels, meals, etc.)

Coordinate and prepare for meetings with visitors (building access, conference room booking, room setup, meal orders, reservations, greeting visitors in the lobby, etc.)

Liaise with other administrative assistants globally as needed to organize and prepare for leadership visits, onsites/offsites, conferences, and other events

Coordinate team events and meetings

Plan, control, and monitor the agendas and the attendees of key meetings

Support the onboarding of new hires in coordination with Leaders as well as HR and IT

Maintain office supplies

What you bring

University degree preferred or equivalent experience

Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in technology or insurance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Team player mentality

Strong organizational skills; ability to manage various processes and controls

Ability to handle and assess competing or changing priorities

High assertiveness and the ability to work under pressure while staying organized

Communication, facilitation, sales, and conflict management abilities

Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard operating hours

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
